When you make your observations, you should try to make them at the same time everyday.
You will be making observations of your experiment daily for the next three weeks.
The first few days may just be the date, time and a note that no changes are visible yet. That is to be expected. Kale sometimes can germinate more slowly than the radish seeds you used in you last experiment.
Be sure to create a drawing if any changes have taken place, keep notes and take a measurement to gather some data to support or reject your hypothesis.
